The data controller is TiiX Media d.o.o., OIB 77390616786. For privacy questions or requests to exercise your rights, contact marketing@tiixmedia.com. This policy describes information submitted through the brief form and related business communication.
The brief asks for your brand and link, product or service description, goal, deadline and contact email. Service, market, budget and an attachment are optional. Required fields are needed to handle your enquiry, prepare a proposal and reply. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot handle a brief through the form without those details. Attach only material needed for your enquiry; do not send passwords or special categories of personal data.
We use these details to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible collaboration. When you request a proposal as an individual, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Communication with a brand or agency contact is based on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Security and abuse prevention are based on our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website and form.
HubSpot provides the form. Your submitted brief, contact and any attachment are stored in the TiiX Media HubSpot CRM. A new email address creates a contact, while an existing contact with the same email is updated; association is not based on a browser cookie. Brief content is not stored in the WordPress database. An enquiry notification is sent to marketing@tiixmedia.com. We use Microsoft 365 / Outlook for email, and Hostinger provides web hosting. Authorised TiiX Media personnel and service providers access information as needed for hosting, CRM, email, security and support.
We retain sales enquiries that do not lead to a contract for up to 12 months after the last contact. If a contractual relationship begins, records are retained under separate contractual and applicable legal obligations. Provider technical logs and backups are subject to their service policies and settings.
The website currently has no GA4 or advertising tracking. The HubSpot form is used to send your brief, without a separate HubSpot visitor tracking script. We do not pre-populate brief fields based on previous visits. Technical cookies needed for security, spam prevention or WordPress login may be used without consent. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, they will load only after the appropriate consent.
Hosting, CRM and email services may involve processing or transfers outside the European Economic Area, depending on the service and configuration. HubSpot, Microsoft and Hostinger publish information about processing, possible transfers and safeguards through the links below.
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and object to processing based on legitimate interests. The right to data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Send requests to marketing@tiixmedia.com. You also have the right to complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing emails. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to handle briefs.
